Botanica Jelitkowo

Botanica Jelitkowo is a small, intimate development located near a lake, close to Jelitkowo Beach, Jelitkowo Park, and Reagan Park. The project, designed by the Maarte studio, features three-story buildings with pitched roofs, surrounded by greenery that evokes the atmosphere of a seaside resort. A total of 46,000 plants, representing over 200 species, have been planted around the buildings. The carefully planned layout of the development provides residents with privacy and views of greenery and the water. Courtyards with water features, walkways, and relaxation areas have been created between the buildings. Residents also have access to a fitness area, a tennis court, a sports field, an outdoor gym, and a playground. The interior design of the common areas was created by the Loft Magdalena Adamus studio, and the landscaping was designed by Studio Krajobraz.
