Nadmorski Dwór bud. U i W

Nadmorski Dwór bud. U i W is a residential complex located in Brzeźno, Gdańsk, less than a kilometer from the beach. The project, designed by the Maarte studio, combines light, understated architecture with the surrounding preserved old-growth trees and coastal greenery. More than half of the development's area is dedicated to green spaces and recreational areas. A community park has been created among the pine trees and natural vegetation, providing residents with a place to walk and relax close to home. The complex features fitness areas with saunas, club rooms, a tennis court, a multi-purpose sports field, and a playground. A pedestrian entrance from the promenade makes it easy for residents to access the sea on a daily basis.
