Complex of multi-family residential buildings with a commercial part located on the ground floor, accessible from public roads. The complex consists of 2 residential buildings offering a rich selection of gastronomic and retail services. In consideration of respect for our surrounding environment, all our projects are certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. Buildings have received high scores in key categories: location and accessibility to transportation, implementation of solutions reducing water and energy consumption, as well as the use of environmental and ecological materials.
