Na Skarpie bud. B is a small, intimate residential complex located in a green and peaceful area of Łódź, on Strążyska Street. The project comprises two residential buildings situated on a shared plot, creating a cohesive and functional community with a single, landscaped outdoor area. The key features of the complex are its intimate, three-story design, timeless materials, and the maximization of natural light. Each apartment features its own private garden, terrace, or balcony. Large windows provide excellent natural light to the interiors and create an aesthetically pleasing rhythm on the facades. The diverse facades, finished in subtle shades of white and gray, the window frames that mimic wood, and the glass balcony railings all contribute to the modern character of the complex.
