Kwietny Ogród

"Kwietny Ogród" is a unique residential complex where we prioritize both the functionality of the apartments and the quality of the green spaces. We combine the best aspects of urban living with the natural desire to be close to nature. The complex features one building with a quiet, internal courtyard and a large, wooden playground. The entire area is filled with diverse vegetation, including a row of trees that shields residents from street noise, and wildflower meadows with shrubs that attract butterflies and birds. "Kwietny Ogród" is located in one of the most rapidly developing districts of Lublin, near Edwarda Wojtasa Street in Czechów Górny. The area offers all the amenities essential for daily life, including bus stops, a bicycle path, schools, kindergartens, shops, and medical clinics. Our apartments are distinguished by their functional layouts and high-quality finishes. The apartments range in size from 28 to 67 m², and those located on the upper floors feature spacious terraces. We are happy to help you customize the property to meet your individual needs. Cellars are also available in the building.
