Nova Viva Garden develops with care for aesthetics, harmony, and comfort of life. In the eighth phase of the settlement on ul. Włodkowica, new spaces conducive to relaxation and children's joy will be created – including a playground and carefully designed greenery that will emphasize the character of this part of the settlement and create a friendly environment for daily relaxation. In the eighth phase, 100 apartments with layouts from 1 to 4 rooms – from compact studios to spacious four-bedroom apartments for families – will be built. The settlement is made up of low, light buildings harmoniously integrated into the green composition of the space.
