Development "Nowe Żerniki to KOSMOS" will be built in Wrocław at ul. Kosmonautów/Al. Architektów. The new investment will be a spectacular addition to the modern architecture of the WuWA2 New Żerniki estate in Wrocław. As part of the development, 267 apartments with areas ranging from 25 m² to 85 m², from 1-room to 4-room layouts and 13 commercial spaces will be built.

The residential building shaped like the letter "L" will consist of three parts with a maximum of 13 above-ground floors. Two underground floors and part of the ground floor will create a parking garage and technical space with a green terrace.
