In a development on Wrocław's Krzyki, the third and final phase of Viva Jagodno is being built. This phase will include 57 functional residential units with various layouts – from two-room apartments to spacious four-room apartments. Each unit will feature a balcony, terrace or garden, providing residents with access to private outdoor space and pleasant views of the surroundings.
A prominent mural will appear on the building's facade, welcoming residents of Jagodno and passersby, adding character and energy to the development. Colorful accents have also been planned for common areas, creating a cohesive and attractive space for all tenants.
The nearby neighborhood offers a complete infrastructure that has been developed in recent years – shops, service points, educational institutions, and an expanded city transportation network are all within easy reach, allowing for quick access to the city center.
The project stands out with its dynamic character and unique common area design. Vibrant colors, artistic murals, and greenery around buildings give the development a unique atmosphere. Additionally, in consideration of the environment, eco-friendly solutions have been used: green roofs, energy-efficient LED lighting, bug hotels, and bike shelters. On the ground floor of the building, a commercial space has been planned, ideal for a shop, café, or other daily activities.
Viva Jagodno offers a wide range of apartments tailored to different lifestyles – from compact units suitable for singles and couples to spacious, two-story apartments for families. The diverse offering ensures that everyone can find a space that meets their needs and expectations.
