The investment continues the long-term project City Park, which was carried out from 2011 to 2015. The completed development consists of six 11-story residential buildings (comprising 516 apartments) with a commercial section.
On the development site, two multi-purpose fields, play areas, and green spaces enriched with small architecture were designed.
The latest part of the City Park project involves the creation of 2 buildings offering a stunning view of the surrounding infrastructure blending with the richness of Tri-City nature and the depth of the coastal waters.
Building G will consist of 11 above-ground floors and 1 below-ground floor, while Building H will have 12 above-ground floors and 2 below-ground floors.
Within the investment, 189 apartments with varying areas from 34.26 to 61.79 m² will be created. The offer includes ideal apartments for singles and couples, as well as functional 2- and 3-bedroom apartments suitable for people needing additional space or families with children.
The modern architecture of the buildings has been enhanced by spacious and sunny terraces and balconies, and selected ground floor apartments will have gardens.
