In the first phase of the Oliva Concept investment, which was completed in October 2020, six buildings were built. Three of them are three-story, and three others are four-story, all with elevators and underground garages.\

The second phase of the investment, whose sale and realization began in the fall of 2021, plans to build four more four-story buildings, which are an architectural continuation of the first phase. Along with this phase, a fitness center and a club room will be built on the estate.\

In the buildings, there are 12-15 apartments. All parking spaces for cars are located in underground garages.\
