In the former clothing factory "Modena", a new investment phase begins. Between Jackowskiego and Kraszewski streets, Cordia Polska developer will build the second building. The object will have 7-8 floors, with 199 apartments ranging from 1 to 5 rooms, as well as one commercial space.
The new building will resemble the one built in the first phase of the investment in terms of scale, architectural style and finishing quality. The facade will be kept in a stoned, light color palette with details inspired by the brick construction characteristic of this district. The architecture of the facade will be accentuated by balconies, loggias, and terraces on the top floor, adorned with various balustrades. The apartment sizes will vary from 27 to 116 sqm². The interior of the common building part will also be kept in a similar, as the already completed building, elegant black-white style.
In the entrance area of the investment, murals inspired by the history of the Modena clothing factory will appear on both external and internal walls, created by a local artist-craftsman.
The residential building will be equipped with a comfortable, two-story underground garage for 182 parking spaces (including electric car charging spots), up to 200 bicycle spaces, and boxes for one-wheelers. There were also designed wheelchair accessible carts and tenant storage rooms (144). The building will be protected and monitored, and equipped with a modern license plate recognition system for residents entering the garage.
In the new part, the rehabilitation of the second part of the 100-year-old alley of plane trees, which forms the axis of the entire Modena by Cordia investment, will be carried out. New plantings will also be made, including: trees, shrubs, hedges, ornamental grasses and flowers, to be watered from a rainwater retention tank.
Each apartment will be equipped with pre-installation for air conditioning (dedicated spaces for external units, prepared passages through external walls, and power supply for devices).
