House in the heart of the forest The villa near the Forest is an exclusive investment located in picturesque Jazgarzewszczyźnie. Here, near the forest and parks, you will find peace of mind. The estate consists of 28 modern, six-room detached houses with a floor area from 138 to 144 m². It was designed with demanding clients in mind — a place for those who really need space. Spacious, bright interiors, private gardens up to 336 m² and large (up to 16 m²) terraces on the roof, from which the view of the surrounding nature unfolds, is the definition of comfort and luxury. High ceilings provide a fantastic sense of space, while underfloor heating throughout the house guarantees thermal comfort and minimizes energy consumption. Each house consists of three carefully designed floors providing comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, a spacious living room connected to a kitchen annex and dining area dominates, which is the heart of the home, an ideal place for shared moments and meetings. On this floor there is also a small office for working at home and a guest bathroom. The first floor forms a private zone — a guest bathroom and bedrooms, some with their own wardrobe and another guest bathroom. The attic is an exceptional space — a well-lit room with large windows and exit to a private terrace on the roof. This place can serve as a second living room, guest room or recreational (e.g. gym). The building features simple, minimalist shapes that radiate elegance and functionality. Some of them are covered with white plaster, while others stand out with a brick cladding facade, giving them a classic yet modern character. Gray tones dominate in the building's design — from doors and balcony railings to windows, all the way to pergolas in the entrance area. The roofs and some walls on the third floor are also kept in a warm gray tone, creating a harmonious and cohesive composition. Terraces face different directions, providing residents with more privacy and intimacy during family meals or evenings spent under the setting sun.
