Investment refers to the best tradition of modernism, as well as the principles arising from the functionality of the place. The architect Łukasz Gurbiel's project caters to the needs of various lifestyles of residents. It is comfortable, spacious and with a careful attention to creating a pleasant atmosphere that is created by the arrangements of architecture and nature.
We invited landscape architects, interior designers, artists, and graphic designers to collaborate on the Nałęczowska Estate project. One of the investment projects that deserves special attention is the finishing of common spaces. Each staircase has a unique look and character.
The exceptional mural, courtyard with year-round greenery, and green square around the Estate add attractiveness to the area. The green space between buildings and functional recreational areas hidden among them promote relaxation, family leisure, outdoor sports, and neighborhood acquaintances.
In care of nature, we collect and store rainwater, which later serves for watering plants. We encourage a lifestyle that is friendly to nature by building charging stations for cars and constructing infrastructure for cyclists. Additionally, we do not plan to install gas. All this to minimize interference with the environment while providing comfort to residents.
