Nadmotławie is a prestigious investment designed with the most refined tastes in mind. It offers luxurious design, architecture inspired by the historical character of the place and uniquely, a location right on the banks of Motława, in a secluded and intimate setting. This is an investment surrounded by two sides by the river, with a view of the most beautiful Gdańsk landmarks. Nadmotławie is an architectural project that breaks the mould, awarded numerous accolades. The inspiration for the investment were two themes. The first was the Gdańsk heritage, or the historical architecture of the main city of Gdańsk, based on Hanseatic building types mainly made of red brick. The second was the maritime lineage of the place, where cranes, silos, and passing ships are inscribed. The architects aimed to showcase the view and open the front of the building onto the Motława River, using special materials mimicking patinated copper associated with ship hulls, and also adding industrial-style details to the project.
