The Mill project combines various urban functions in one cohesive space. Here, on the site of the late 19th century Pruszcz Sugar Mill, a new part of the city is planned – thoughtful, open, close. We will live, work, meet and rest here. With a plan. With character. With an atmosphere that fosters building good relationships.
The heart of the entire investment will be the revitalized building of the former sugar mill – open to residents, with a social and symbolic function. In its vicinity, a city square is planned, which will be handed over to Pruszcz Gdańsk as a shared area accessible to all. In the restored interiors of the former sugar mill, a hotel, office and gastronomic zone is planned.
In the first phase of the investment, there are 100 comfortable apartments in two modern buildings. A low-rise residential and service development will be interspersed here with greenery, educational spaces and relaxation areas.
