After months of collaboration with architects from the combined studios of Matik and ArDe (previously responsible for the development on Parkowe Wzgórze), we have developed 6 house designs. We have selected the 4 most interesting designs for the current phase of construction.
Many hours of analysis of the layout of each floor and the size of the rooms have resulted in very functional solutions that we believe will appeal to our new clients.
Each design, in addition to its interesting architecture, features terraces and covered patios, perfect for summer evenings. Each house includes an internal conservatory, two stories high, or an open space in the living room or dining room.
The floor height is approximately 3 meters, which, combined with large windows, opens the house to the beautiful garden, allows natural light to flood in, and creates an impressive effect. This effect is enhanced by the existing vegetation and rows of trees that are taller than the buildings. Currently, we have 30 plots of land, ranging in size from 8 to 15 acres, with building permits. We are currently constructing 4 houses.
