ABOUT THE INVESTMENT
The Dworcowa 28 Bydgoszcz project involves the construction of 138 apartments and 3 commercial units in a 6-story building with an underground parking garage, designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding historical buildings. The apartments will vary in size and layout. A significant number of apartments will feature private terraces, ranging up to 100 m2 in size. Most of the units will also have balconies or loggias. The project is distinguished by the availability of two-story apartments with roof terraces, as well as spacious apartments located facing Dworcowa Street. Storage rooms will be available in the underground parking garage and on the floors. Three stairwells and fast, quiet elevators will provide direct access to the apartments from the parking garage. The building will be equipped with security monitoring and a security room, and each unit will be secured with anti-burglary doors.
The installation of a Smart Home system by Somfy will allow residents to utilize the latest intelligent home technologies. Through smart home devices, residents can remotely and manually control water valves, lighting, power outlets, and heating temperatures.
Modern anti-smog filters installed in each window vent will protect the interiors from pollution, allergens, and insects, while an efficient mechanical ventilation system will ensure a constant supply of fresh air throughout the year. In addition, each apartment will have the option of installing air conditioning, blinds, or shutters.
The units will be equipped with fiber optic cabling for high-speed internet access.
The building is designed to meet the latest thermal insulation standards, featuring triple-glazed windows, thermal breaks in additional spaces to prevent heat loss, and heating and hot water supplied from the KPEC district heating network. The materials used in the building's structure will provide excellent sound insulation against external noise, as well as reduce noise transmission between apartments and floors. A photovoltaic system will also be installed on the roof to provide electricity for the common areas. During the construction phase, residents will be able to choose between radiators or underfloor heating. The stairwells, hallways, and other common areas will be finished with durable and modern materials. The underground parking garage will offer the option of installing private charging stations for electric vehicles.
The location of the apartments, starting from the first floor, ensures excellent sunlight exposure despite the dense urban environment.
The architecture, inspired by the Bydgoszcz city center, combined with an excellent location and advanced technical solutions in the building, will create an ideal place to live.
Construction of the new apartments and condominiums in Bydgoszcz began in June 2024 and is currently underway.
