Your place by the Bay
Evening walks by the water. The sound of waves in the background. Light reflecting off the water. This address simply sticks in your mind.
Seaside style, timeless character
Four-story buildings with sloping tile roofs, facades with brick and stoned colored accents. Large panoramic windows, open balcony railings, rooftop terraces with pergolas on the top floor. Architecture that does not pretend to be a seaside resort but is its natural part. Peaceful, elegant, and timeless.
Designed with purpose
Apartments and flats ranging from 28 to 75 m² in layouts from 1 to 4 rooms. Ground floor apartments with private gardens, upper floors with spacious balconies, top floor with terraces and a view of Puck and the Bay. Elevators and spacious staircases.
Details you feel from the entrance
Common areas were designed with the same attention as the apartments themselves. The entrance area in a warm, stoned color scheme. Spacious corridors with elegant door frames. Under the buildings, there is a garage hall with a large number of parking spaces, mailboxes for residents, and outdoor parking near the building. A closed community that provides peace not only behind the apartment doors but also beyond the gate.
Silence, which a cardboard-gypsum wall cannot give you
Most developers build partition walls with cardboard-gypsum panels. It is faster and cheaper, but you live behind a thin partition, through which you can hear conversations, music, and television. Here it's different. Partition walls in the Sunny District are made of Ortho blocks, a material with significantly higher acoustic and thermal insulation than cardboard-gypsum. It is also a solid wall on which you can mount everything without stress.
The sea at the corner
The beach and the coastline of Puck Bay are just about 15 minutes of peaceful walking. In the area, there is a modern marina opened in 2023, a first-class yacht harbor with regattas, and excellent conditions for water sports such as kitesurfing and windsurfing. From Puck, you can take a picturesque bike trail to the Hel Peninsula, to Osłonino and Rewa/Mechelinki. You don't have to plan a trip to the sea, here the sea is part of everyday life.
Everything within reach
Biedronka, Netto, Lidl just a few minutes walk away. Pizzeria, bakery, pharmacy, post office are also nearby. PKP Puck train station provides direct connections to Mierzeja Helską and Trójmiasto. To Władysławowo is literally 10 minutes by car, and Gdynia is just under 30 km away. Here you have the peace of a seaside town with access to everything you need.
Construction is on schedule
The construction has been divided into stages. The first two buildings will be connected by a garage and will be delivered in 2026. In subsequent phases, a total of 8 buildings will be built, including a private recreational and leisure area exclusively for residents. You can see the progress of work yourself.
WillBud developer, to whom you return after receiving the keys
We have already handed over dozens of buildings in Gdynia and Rumia. The Sunny District in Puck is another step, not an experiment. We know what works because we listen to people who already live here. We are a local company with an individual approach. Each client has a name. And if you want to customize the layout of the apartment to your needs, our Architect and Interior Design Department will help you achieve that.
