Comfort City Koral represents the newest phase of the residential complex. Here, you'll find a wide selection of apartments, ranging from 1- to 4-room apartments (from 25 m² to 73 m²). Each apartment features a well-designed layout, optimal sunlight exposure, anti-burglary doors, integrated doormats, triple-glazed windows, fiber optic installation, and a balcony (some of the larger apartments have two balconies), a loggia, or a garden.
The building, with its elegant common areas, also features access control, underground parking with convenient spaces (including spaces for vehicles powered by gas), quiet elevators, and storage rooms. A key feature of the complex is the private, beautifully landscaped green courtyard.
Comfort City Koral is connected to other parts of the "Srebrzysta" complex via a service and retail street, allowing residents to conveniently handle everyday errands "right outside their door." The complex is located at ul. Dionizosa 6a in Warsaw. From here, it's only a 5-minute walk to tram and bus stops, numerous schools and kindergartens, and ul. Modlińska, a major road leading towards Zegrze. The complex is located in close proximity to a beautiful forest park, numerous walking, running, and cycling trails. From here, you can reach the Vistula River in just a few minutes by bike.
Comfort City is the perfect place for those who love city life and appreciate a green environment; the forest park and all the conveniences of the city are within a short walk. It takes just 5-8 minutes to walk to a bus stop, tram stop, kindergarten, primary school, shop, or the nearest pizzeria.
Comfort City is an excellent investment for those looking for a place to live. We also welcome those who want to invest in a safe and secure way.
Construction of ul. Dionizosa has begun in Białołęka.
In August, BARC Warszawa, the developer of the Comfort City complex, began work on the construction of ul. Dionizosa in the area of the Comfort City complex in Warsaw's Białołęka district. This is an important step in the development of the road infrastructure in this part of the district and an investment that will make daily travel easier for residents in the future.
BARC Warszawa S.A. is implementing two sections of ul. Dionizosa: the first from the Comfort City complex towards ul. Winorośli, and the second from the existing section of ul. Dionizosa towards ul. Światowida and the Winnica tram loop.
The project includes the construction of roads, sidewalks, and lighting, which will provide the area with a new, safe, and convenient road infrastructure.
Improved communication and greater comfort for residents
The construction of ul. Dionizosa will complement the road network in this part of Białołęka and create more convenient connections between the residential complex and the existing transportation infrastructure.
The new road will improve access to ul. Winorośli, ul. Światowida, and the Winnica tram loop, making it easier for residents to commute and access public transportation. New sidewalks will improve pedestrian comfort, and lighting will increase safety after dark.
This is an investment that will benefit not only the residents of Comfort City. The new road infrastructure will be an important element in the development of the entire area and will improve its accessibility.
BARC is investing in the development of Białołęka.
The construction of ul. Dionizosa is another element of BARC Warszawa S.A.'s activities aimed at developing the infrastructure around the Comfort City complex.
We believe that a good place to live is not only an apartment but also its surroundings – safe, convenient, and well-connected. That's why we are pleased that, after years of preparation, the construction of ul. Dionizosa has become a reality.
Work has already begun, and the next stages of construction will bring residents closer to using the new road infrastructure in Białołęka.
