The estate will consist of a total of 18 semi-detached houses. Currently, the second, and final, phase of the estate is being developed, which will include 10 houses on plots of approximately 300-350m2. The houses are built using traditional brick construction with ceramic blocks, and feature triple-glazed windows, anti-burglary doors, a gas boiler with a hot water tank, underfloor heating throughout the property, plumbing, and wiring for a photovoltaic system. The roof is covered with standing seam metal. Fiber optic cable is available on the public road near the estate.
