ZENIT – architecture that impresses with elegance and subtlety
An exceptional investment, where architecture and nature harmoniously blend, creating a unique space. The extraordinary facade of the building emanates an ethereal charm. Designed to subtly complement the urban environment, it captivates with its lightness of form and refined detail.
Luxury finishes for common areas
Natural wood, cold graphite-colored concrete, warm amber lighting from planet lamps, cold large-format tile and warm brass in details of lamps are the realization of the vision of a multiple award-winning interior designer and architect Kinga Mostowik.
Spacious terraces and balconies
The roof terrace of the building will be fully finished with composite decks, which are resistant to changing weather conditions. We are preparing comfortable seating. The balconies will be finished with aesthetic tiles installed on distance substructures, a method without using glue. Balcony railings will be made of one-piece glass, which gives the building a lightness in form.
All balconies will be equipped with delicate lighting and electrical outlet. We will take care of access to water for apartments whose terrace is on the roof or garden on the ground floor.
For some apartments, we have designed a loggia-type balcony solution that offers maximum privacy. Such balconies will be equipped with an original construction allowing for an aesthetic installation of external air conditioning unit and providing additional storage space.
Vertical greening
A vertical garden is a technique for growing plants that involves using walls to create dense compositions filled with plants.
Green on the facade of the building not only gives the building a modern and eco-friendly character, but also creates a natural barrier against noise, providing residents with greater comfort of life. The presence of plants has a positive impact on the microclimate by regulating temperature and humidity.
Ventilated facade
The facade will be made of Trespa plates – these are decorative external cladding that maintain an ideal appearance despite the passage of time and exposure to weather conditions. The main advantage of ventilated facade is its durability, the plates are durable against impacts and scratches, do not require any special conservation efforts.
Lamella imitating natural wood will also be used, which perfectly insulates the raw facade of the building.
Underfloor heating
We have designed underfloor heating in every living room with annex kitchen.
Air conditioning installation
We will distribute the air conditioning installation in every apartment, depending on the chosen layout, the approach and drainage to one or two cooling units will be made.
External roller blinds or facade shutters
Each apartment will be equipped with external roller blinds or facade shutters installed under the plaster. Thanks to such solutions, we have easy and quick control over the operation of natural light in the apartment.
Aluminum window frames
Aluminum window frames guarantee safety, energy efficiency, high level of sealing and thermal insulation, thus ensuring lower heating costs.
Among the main advantages that distinguish aluminum windows are their high resistance to a series of atmospheric factors such as extreme temperatures, precipitation or strong winds. Windows maintain their aesthetic appearance for a very long time and increase the prestige of the investment.
Bicycle storage and mailboxes
We have provided additional space for storage - we have designed 40 mailboxes. For the convenience of residents, we have also prepared spacious rooms with bike racks for storing bicycles.
Electric charging stations
For each parking space, we have provided the possibility of installing a charging station for electric vehicles.
