Modern Apartment Building on Count Potulicki Street
A modern apartment building will be built on County Anton Potulicki Street, a centrally located yet cozy street, named after the count who left a golden mark in Pruszkow history by conducting urbanization and electrification of the settlement, as well as caring for the local community.
The building itself stands out with its original modern design and brick facade, utilizing the potential of this location. The building will fill the urban fabric of the central part of Potulicki Street's block and complete the revitalization of this side of the street.
We designed the building's structure to ensure optimal sunlight for the apartments inside, then we took care of using the created space for loggias, balconies, terraces, and gardens. In the ground floor of Potulicki Apartments, to further utilize the location in the center of Pruszkow, we will place commercial and service spaces (we expect this to also benefit the apartment residents).
Security and comfort will be provided for the residents by a reception located in the building's lobby, and access to the building will be additionally controlled through a monitoring system.
To provide comfortable parking for cars, two floors of the building (basement levels -2 and -1) will house garages, accommodating 55 residential units in the building – up to 85 parking spaces! The garages will be connected to all residential floors of the apartment building by a silent elevator.
