Falenty Nowe is a picturesque town and a southern district of Raszyn, located amidst greenery, with ponds from the Raszyn nature reserve, and directly bordering the southern districts of Warsaw. We have just begun construction of the third phase of the Osiedle Droga Hrabska etap III complex. This phase will include 2 buildings, each with 4 units, totaling 8 townhouses.
The first building, with 4 units, is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Construction of the remaining homes in the third phase of the development is planned for 2027.
