The Premier Park II investment is located in the heart of the Witosa Estate in Katowice, between Witosa Street and Kolonska Street. The next phase of our project begins with the comfortable Panorama House building on Kolonska Street, featuring a unique architectural design. The building will house 73 apartments and 14 storage rooms on seven above-ground floors. Two underground floors will provide 77 parking spaces and 41 storage rooms. Panorama House will have two separate entrances, each served by two quiet elevators, including access to the underground floors. Direct access to the building will be from Kolonska Street.

The complete construction project for the second phase of Premier Park II includes three buildings with a cohesive architectural design in a linear arrangement. In addition to Panorama House, two more buildings, Platinium House and Prestige House, will be built in the near future, offering the same architectural qualities and standards.
A Wide Selection to Suit Every Need
The apartments in Panorama House will be designed to meet a wide range of our clients' needs. The building will offer modern apartments ranging from 38-100 m2 (two-room, three-room, and four-room apartments). For those who prefer more space for relaxation, we have designed ground-floor apartments with a garden or apartments on higher floors with spacious balconies. For more demanding clients, we will offer apartments with views on the top floor of the building, which will be additionally equipped with large terraces and balconies.
Corridors and Common Areas
Based on our experience, we know that our clients feel very comfortable in the common areas of our completed buildings in Premier Park II. In addition to the practical benefits of these spaces, we always strive to create a "pleasant atmosphere." Therefore, the corridors, entrance hall, and staircase in Panorama House have been designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind, using high-quality materials and creating a welcoming environment.
Storage Room and Other Amenities
Panorama House will be equipped with two quiet elevators that serve both above-ground and underground levels, including access to the underground garage with 77 parking spaces and 41 storage rooms, which perfectly complement the need for storage space. Each of the two entrance halls to Panorama House will have a "storage room and bicycle room." In addition, there will be 14 storage rooms on the above-ground floors of the building, conveniently located near the apartments.
