The Four Seasons Estate is an exceptional project on a scale of Toruń where, in addition to refining characteristic elements such as architecture, functional room layouts, large windows, we have added a new concept for land management. In the land management plan, we have provided greenery that will dominate the space of the estate. Significant investments for its realization and additional supervision over it will ensure compatibility between the project and its final execution. For each season of the year, appropriate parts of vegetation will unfold their color palette. Herbs, as basic elements, designed in the form of rivers flowing through various stages of investment, will become their link, creating a harmonious whole.
