Park Migowo

The investment project in the Piecki-Migowo district of Gdańsk will encompass two buildings with complementary functions. The first, a residential building, is designed to offer the highest standard of living, featuring meticulously designed common areas, an underground parking garage, and direct access to a park. The second building, "Dwór Migowo," will house an elegant commercial space, along with a representative terrace and views of the park. As part of the planned work, we will restore the neoclassical manor house of the historic Müggau estate. An integral part of the project will be the complete revitalization of a unique, historic park that will be separated from the new building by a gravel path lined with beeches and rowan trees. Unique gardens in the English and French styles will be designed and created within the park. It will also feature elements of landscaping, including a viewing pavilion and a rose garden. Rainwater on the site will be managed in accordance with the latest environmental recommendations, ensuring proper irrigation for the historic linden tree avenues, while also enhancing the area with ponds and picturesque streams. Park Migowo and Dwór Migowo represent a unique combination of history, architecture, and carefully designed landscaping. Soon, you will have the opportunity to become a part of this exceptional story.
