Sady Żoliborz II

Żoliborz Gardens is a new project by Matexi located at the intersection of Anna German and Krasiński streets, designed for those seeking high standards, comfort, and modern solutions in a simple and elegant architectural setting. The layout of the two-story development will create three residential buildings interconnected with internal courtyards. The first phase project includes the construction of two multi-family buildings, ranging from 5 to 8 floors, offering a total of 112 apartments of various sizes, with a two-level underground parking for 134 parking spaces and 4 commercial spaces on the ground floors of the buildings. Among the apartments will be one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, most of which on the ground floor will have private gardens. In the project prepared by Latergruppe architecture studio, we planned a large, green terrace on the fifth floor of one of the buildings. This space will be open to the public. The development will not be fenced, but the arrangement of buildings and planned plantings will create a cohesive architectural enclave separated from the immediate surroundings. In the entire project area, there is room for a recreational area, playground, and designated relaxation zones with small architecture, as well as a gastronomic garden.
