Jaśminowe Wzgórze - etap II

The development is located in the rapidly developing northern district of Szczecin. In the near future, the city will realize the third phase of Trasa Północna towards Police, i.e., connecting it with the Polish Road. It's easy to reach the development by public transportation. All buses going to Police stop here. Nearby are bus stops for lines 101 and 107. By car, you can get to the house from the city center in 15 minutes. Approximately 1 km away is Folwark Podkowa, where you can experience contact with nature and see many rare animal and bird species. On the territory of Folwark, there is also a horse riding school. A little further are the Kupały Forest Park, also known as the uroczyski, and the Wodozbiór Natural-Landscape Complex. These are charming places, ideal for walks and any outdoor activity on fresh air.
