Spacious Comfort The Shatonia Estate is a modern development, constructed in four stages, which will ultimately consist of 48 semi-detached houses. The living area of the house is 114.5 m². Additionally, each house includes an attic space of 20 m², which is non-habitable. Thoughtfully designed room layouts allow for interior arrangements according to personal preference. In addition, each living room is equipped with a flue pipe and ventilation system, allowing for the possibility of installing a fireplace as an additional heat source. The investment site is fenced and secured by an automatic gate.
