In the framework of the investment, the revitalization project will cover a quarter between the streets Sudecka, Sztabowa and alée Wiśniowa.
A few stages of the project
In the quarter, there are a total of 11 buildings. The first, currently ongoing, stage includes a total of 86 apartments in 2 renovated buildings and in one, completely new building located in the central part of the investment.
Sudea is contextual architecture, open to its surroundings, rich in high-quality details.
Public space
Within the quarter, a small public space will be created. A small, open-to-all city square along with the accompanying services will create a local meeting center.
Revita, or bringing back to life
The main theme is the symbiotic combination of nature and architecture.
Residents of the new and renovated buildings will introduce new energy into this part of the city, and trees, which have been growing between buildings for decades, will once again become a part of the exceptional garden.
