The area around Zemborzyckie Lake is equipped with many other attractions, such as a rope park, Słoneczny Wrotków, which is a complex of pools with slides, or playgrounds. Cycling enthusiasts will be pleased with the route that runs along ul. Zemborzycka, which on one side circles the lake and on the other allows access to other parts of the city.
Underground parking
Each building will have a basement level, which can be reached from any floor of the building using a quiet elevator. There will be tenant storage rooms and parking spaces there. Underground parking lots will be supplemented by parking spaces located on the outskirts of the estate. The vehicle traffic within the investment area will be almost completely excluded, giving way to pedestrian alleys and recreational areas.
