In the scope of this small-scale investment, six semi-detached houses with a floor area of 212 m² each are being built. The houses are located on adjacent plots, forming an elegant ensemble.
Each house consists of three floors:
-The ground floor is a well-lit daytime zone with an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The balcony and garden can be accessed through impressive wide, sliding windows on the ground floor. A toilet, utility room, boiler room, and a two-car garage are also located on the ground floor.
In front of the building, the owners will have additional parking space on the driveway as well as a partially covered terrace with an area of 18 m².
The first floor is the bedroom zone, which has been divided into what is known as the "master" and the rest.
