On the roof of the central one, a green terrace accessible to all residents has been provided. We strive to shape an ecological consciousness, so a lawn will reign in this space. Relax will be enhanced by designer loungers. Attention to detail inside The building will consist of 116 comfortable apartments finished to a high standard. Each apartment will be equipped with air conditioning installation and external roller blinds in the color of window frames. Additional advantages include channel heaters mounted in every living room. Thanks to this solution, the arrangement of this space will be a pure pleasure. Common areas will be finished with exceptional care for details. The raw elegance of the facade will have its continuation in loft-style elements of the staircase finishing, but it will be broken by common greenery, decorative moss panels and elegant jungle-themed carpeting. Carpets from this series are a world of hand-painted or drawn patterns that introduce art into our interiors. The whole will be completed with elegant wooden furniture.
