Nowe Żerniki to KOSMOS

Development "Nowe Żerniki to KOSMOS" will be built in Wrocław at ul. Kosmonautów/Al. Architektów. The new investment will be a spectacular addition to the modern architecture of the WuWA2 New Żerniki estate in Wrocław. As part of the development, 267 apartments with areas ranging from 25 m² to 85 m², from 1-room to 4-room layouts and 13 commercial spaces will be built. The project will stand out for its unique spatial layout and architectural form. The eastern facade of the building will feature a dynamically designed wall containing an impressive entrance gateway and expressive balconies and loggias, which will contrast with the horizontal northern facade equipped with galleries. Two entrances will connect the pedestrian paths of the estate with semi-public spaces, promoting the integration of residents and the creation of local communities. The project reflects the highest standards of quality and attention to detail, offering residents exceptional aesthetics and durability. One of the main assumptions of the project is the promotion of eco-friendly solutions and facilitating the creation of local communities. On the model estate's terrace, geometric plots containing grass, herbs, trees, and gardens tended by residents will be inserted between gardens, playgrounds, and low and high vegetation. The residential building shaped like the letter "L" will consist of three parts with a maximum of 13 above-ground floors. Two underground floors and part of the ground floor will create a parking garage and technical space with a green terrace. The strategic location of the estate ensures easy access to public transportation and access to the A8 Autostradowa Obwodnicy Wrocławia and key city points. The proximity of the city stadium, educational institutions, shops, and medical centers means that residents can enjoy comfort, convenience, and numerous amenities. The New Żerniki estate is surrounded by extensive green areas, which provide an ideal place for practicing various outdoor activities in fresh air. The network of bicycle paths and walking trails encourages active spending of time and contact with nature. This combination of urban convenience with proximity to nature makes New Żerniki an excellent place to live for people who value a healthy and active lifestyle.
