The Development of Slow Life Houses is a low-scale investment located right next to the City Park in Łomianki, designed for people who value peace, privacy and proximity to nature, while also offering modern and eco-friendly solutions. The development includes 14 two-story houses, each with an area of approximately 101 m² and a private plot. Each house has a private garden and balcony, and the entire development is fenced and equipped with a gate and barrier with access control, ensuring residents safety and comfort. For both variants, there is an option to add an additional bathroom on the upper floor in the largest bedroom – detailed layout in the offer. Each apartment was designed on two floors. The ground floor forms a bright and spacious daytime zone with living room, dining area, and open kitchen, complete with a toilet and access to the balcony and garden. On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms and a functional bathroom accessible from the hallway. The houses were built using high-quality materials, including Porotherm ceramic tiles, monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings, and additional thermal insulation. Walls between apartments made of Silka blocks provide excellent acoustic insulation, while large, triple-glazed windows guarantee silence, comfortable heating, lower operating costs, and excellent natural light in the interiors as well as a view of the City Park. Each apartment is equipped with an eco-friendly Energy Saving Package, including: Heat pump – an ecological and efficient source of heating Recovery – constant supply of fresh air at low energy consumption Solar panel installation – free solar energy and lower operating costs The development offers excellent access to Warsaw, among other things, thanks to direct ZTM lines to the Młociny metro station, making Slow Life Development an ideal place not only for families but also for people working in the capital who want to live close to nature without sacrificing urban conveniences.
