The Ville Ogrodowa development is based on solutions characteristic of the premium segment, which ensure durability of construction, high comfort of use, and low operating costs. The foundation consists of a massive monolithic slab made of waterproof concrete, built on previously mentioned and stabilized ground. Each slab contains approximately 7 tons of steel, and all ceilings were made using monolithic technology — making the building rigid, quiet, and exceptionally resistant to loads. Load-bearing walls were made from ceramic brick, polished in the DRYFIX system, which eliminates thermal bridges and provides better insulation and durability. Some load-bearing walls can be redesigned or removed — the developer carries out such work on request. The roof was covered with PVC membrane, which allows for non-invasive installation of solar panels and allows for the creation of a rooftop garden. Balconies were made using ventilated technology, and railings were made from durable aluminum profiles. In each unit, there is a fully installed ventilation recovery system, ensuring a constant supply of fresh air and significantly improving living comfort.
