FOCUS ON URSUS!
The Fokus Ursus estate is located in the newest part of Ursus, near Posagu 7 Street of Nuns and Karol Taylor Street. The immediate surroundings are almost a complete and self-sufficient district with a wide range of educational opportunities, numerous shops, supermarkets and shopping centers such as Factory Ursus.
The advantage of the neighborhood is efficient urban transportation: buses and stations for Rapid City Transport and Mazovia Railways, as well as new S8 fast traffic routes to reach the city center or leave the city (A2, E77).
According to the study on the expansion of Warsaw's metro, in our vicinity, two new metro lines are planned.
ELEGANT ARCHITECTURE FOR EVERYONE
The first phase building is a structure with a height of 4 to 6 floors. The characteristic feature of the facade is very large windows and balconies creating a thoughtful composition. The diversity of interesting forms also results from the use of different colors on the facades, kept in an elegant and classical style of white, beige and brown.
The Fokus Ursus investment will consist of modern buildings, between which a wide green passageway - a wide strip of landscaped, public space will be created. What distinguishes the urbanism of the estate is the green space free of car traffic, enriched with elements of the surrounding terrain. There will also be a playground for children and relaxation areas for the elderly, bike racks and small architectural forms.
Ground floor apartments will receive additional greenery in the form of private gardens.
In the first phase of the FOKUS URSUS estate, we designed 284 two-, three- and four-room apartments with functional and carefully thought-out room layouts and in various floor areas. Some apartments offer the possibility of arranging a functional layout according to personal preference.
Thanks to large windows, adequate natural light will be provided inside.
Most apartments will have balconies or loggias. For plant lovers or pet owners, we designed apartments on the ground floor with private gardens.
Some stairwells are illuminated with natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting. Common spaces will be finished with a warm, classical style of gray and geometric patterns. The doors to the elevators and entrances to the apartments will be highlighted with subtle decorative elements consistent with the overall project design.
For the convenience of residents and with a green approach in mind, we designed a two-story underground garage with parking spaces for cars and storage for bicycles.
On the ground floor, we planned necessary shops and service points that will facilitate daily life.
All buildings in the FOKUS URSUS ESTATE will have a Breeam certificate at the Very Good level, guaranteeing a high standard of sustainable and ecological construction.
