Stilla

Located on Warsaw's Rakowie "Stilla", the name of this investment refers to the Swedish word symbolizing silence and harmony. The project consists of two carefully designed buildings, four- and eight-story, as well as internal patios. The common space was designed in such a way as to promote integration. The courtyard, on one side sheltered by an old grove, is thoughtfully designed to be attractive for both large and small residents. A unique solution is the greenhouse, where each resident can cultivate their own plants. The advantages of the investment include functional apartment layouts and large balconies. Additionally, it was designed in such a way that most rooms receive natural light known as "daylighting", providing ample access to daylight, making apartments bright and welcoming.
