The construction of the Żyzna Estate is the largest project to date by INVEST BUD – ten buildings have housed over 300 apartments, garages, parking spaces and locker rooms. The estate was designed with full land development and technical infrastructure. Its area is fenced, access is provided by two gates. Considering the comfort of future tenants, a commercial facility was built near the estate where a food and industrial store has been operating since June 2018.
