Modern, cozy development Sielec Renard consists of four buildings. The investment is being carried out in three phases. Buildings A, B and C offer 103 functional apartments ranging from 43 m² to 85 m², as well as five commercial spaces on the ground floor. All buildings have elevators. Under each of them there is an underground garage, and parking spaces are also available. For the convenience of residents, a special room for storing bicycles has been provided. Ground floor apartments have gardens, while those on the top floors have terraces. The remaining spaces have balconies or loggias. The development will be partially fenced, and security for residents will be ensured by monitoring.
The name of the investment and its various aspects refer to the history of the district and the actions of Count Renard. The concept of building identification and naming was developed by a professor at ASP in Katowice, Prof. Jacek Rykała. The project for the development was designed by Group Verso, whose founder is one of the most highly regarded architects in Europe.
