Świerzawska 13 is a peaceful settlement that is being built on Poznan's Grunwaldze, right next to Marceline Park. The settlement will consist of two phases. In the first phase, a building with a height of 6 to 11 floors will be built. Functional apartments with balconies or terraces ranging from 40 m² to 106 m² will be found in it. On the ground floor there will be commercial spaces. Shops and services are also available on nearby Ataner-built estates: Marcelin Estate, New Marcelin Estate and Świerzawska 4. King Cross CH is nearby, and the journey to the city center takes about 15 minutes.
Safely and family-friendly among greenery
On the estate, a playground for children and a sports center with a gym will be built. After a tiring day, one can relax and chat with neighbors on the courtyard. Thanks to the monitoring system, security guard, and underground garage, everyone feels safe.
The nearby Marceline Park covers an area of 230 hectares, so there is plenty of space for walking or running. In the park, there is a pond, playgrounds for children, and places for campfires.
