This investment will be an icon for Kępa Parnicka and a calling card for our city — said the President of Szczecin, Piotr Krzystek, during the ceremonial signing of the construction contract for the pioneering investment by Siemaszko on Bulwar Elbląski. He congratulated the courage of the head of the company Lesław Siemaszko.\
\- This extraordinary place may decide on the identity of Szczecin – admitted Lesław Siemaszko. –We have taken up this challenge with great pleasure.\
A groundbreaking investment for Szczecin's waterfront, which aspires to become a new heart of the city, is being built on Kępa Parnicka almost opposite the PKP train station building, and exactly between Heyki, Składową and Bulwar Elbląski streets. For guests arriving at the capital of Western Pomerania, it will be the first view of Szczecin after leaving the station. And it is to be a view that takes one's breath away. The architecture of the residential buildings located directly on the bank of the Oder will evoke images of proud and monumental ship silhouettes sinking into the water surface. A charming promenade with cafes has also been designed along the boulevard, as well as a marina for yachts and tourist boats.\
\- It was important to us to showcase the strengths and potential of the space while maintaining a metropolitan building style, creating an atmosphere that is welcoming and open to residents and apartment users, as well as Szczecin residents and tourists who moor their boats at the marina – emphasizes Lesław Siemaszko. – We want everyone to feel good here.\
In total, about half a thousand apartments will be built. First, buildings located closest to the water (H1, H2, H3), which evoke the most emotions. There will be 246 apartments in them with an area of 30–97 m² (each is designed with a garage space in the underground or ground floor level). The cascading development, large windows and balconies reminiscent of cruise ship decks will allow apartment residents to enjoy views of the river and Szczecin panorama. Underfloor heating has been planned for the standard finish of apartments. Ground floors have been reserved for commercial spaces. The waterfront will be redeveloped, a public pier will be created, as well as a marina for about 30 boats with two piers and floating docks, part of which will be reserved for apartment users. The developer also plans special kayak bridges. The marina will be located closest to the city center and with the best access.\
\- Interest in the investment is unprecedented compared to any previous one of ours — emphasizes Beata Nowak, sales director of Siemaszko. She admits that the list of available apartments is constantly decreasing – Because who wouldn't want to live there? There is no other such place not only in Szczecin.\
Work on construction is proceeding according to plan. The sales process has already been started .According to the agreed schedule, the first apartments (in buildings H1 and H2 )will be ready for use within three years.\
Siemaszko is one of the most experienced and well-known developers, operating on the market for 25 years. It has built almost 4,000 apartments, including in the exclusive segment. Currently, it is implementing eight large residential investments in Szczecin. The company is a laureate of the highest industry awards, including the "Platinum Eagle of Polish Construction" awarded to companies that build modernly and safely, and set an example of good management on the Polish construction market.
