Villa Bema

Villa Bema is located in prestigious Julianów, whose heart is the Adam Mickiewicz Park known as Julianowski. The area of the park is part of the palatial-garden estate built in the 1880s by Lodz industrialist Juliusz Heinzl. The exceptional character of the neighborhood also includes the so-called "treasury district", or 51 villa-style houses built during the interwar period. The neighborhood was inhabited by the Lodz intelligentsia. The area remains one of the most sought-after addresses to this day. Our buildings can be tailored to your needs.
