The investment Premier Park is located in the heart of Katowice's Witosa Estate, between the streets of Witosa and Kolońską. The next phase of our project is the first step comfortable building Panorama House on ul. Kolońskiej with a unique architecture. In the building, 73 apartments and 14 storage rooms will be created on seven above-ground floors. On two underground floors, 77 parking spaces and 41 storage rooms will be created. Types of buildings
The complete construction project for the second phase of Premier Park includes eventually three buildings with a consistent architecture in linear development. Next to the Panorama House, two more buildings will be built in the near future: Platinium House and Prestige House with identical architectural values and quality.
A wide choice and everyone good
The apartments in Panorama House will be prepared for a wide range of needs of our clients. In the building, modern apartments from 38-100 m2 (two-room, three-room, and four-room) will be created. For lovers of larger spaces for relaxation, we have designed ground floor apartments with gardens or on higher floors with spacious balconies. For more demanding clients, apartments with views on the top floor of the building, which we have equipped with large terraces and balconies, will be created.
Corridors and common spaces
We know from experience that our clients feel exceptionally well in the common spaces of our already completed buildings in Premier Park. In addition to their practical value, we always give you something more – "good atmosphere". Corridors, entrance hall, and staircase in Panorama House were designed with care for functionality and aesthetics, thanks to the use of high-quality finishing materials and friendly solutions for arranging common spaces in the building.
Elevator and other conveniences
Panorama House will be equipped with two quiet elevators, which will cover the range of both above-ground floors and two underground garage floors, where 77 parking spaces and 41 storage rooms will be created, which are an ideal complement to the needs for storing things. In each of the two entrance halls of the Panorama House building, there will be a room "luggage and bicycle storage". On the above-ground floors of the building, additional 14 storage rooms will be created, located near apartments.
