Project "Apartments 101" is a proposal for people who value comfort in life, peace and convenience. The development stands out with its low and cozy construction, creating a sense of privacy. The apartments are located on a closed, fenced and monitored area. Apartments 101 is a building harmoniously integrated with the neighboring investment Apartments Warszewo and Park Warszewo-Podbórz.
Taking into account the needs of clients, we designed modern and functional layouts of rooms, ensuring attractiveness of locations on every floor. Thanks to the use of large windows, the apartments are bright and sunny. Each apartment has a spacious balcony, and in ground floor apartments we have prepared spacious gardens accessible from living rooms and bedrooms. For people preferring apartments on higher floors, we have provided spacious and high apartments on the attic (3.5 m), where corners start only from 2.22 m (above window level).
