REDA CITY is a set of modern buildings for active people.\

From the very beginning, we focused on creating a project that, in terms of aesthetics and functionality, would become a vision of a modern place in this part of the city. The scale of the project, urban context, and requirements of the contemporary market were our main inspiration. REDA CITY will become a spatial dominant, whose elegant facades will be a recognizable element of Szczecin.\

On eight floors there are apartments ranging from 25 to 90m², as well as commercial and office spaces on the ground floor. The buildings will complete internal gardens with green areas, creating an elegant modern space.\

For the convenience of residents, we have designed a fitness club with an indoor pool, as well as a small shopping-service center with a grocery store and a café.
