Nowe Miasto etap IX

Construction is underway for Phase VII and VIII of the Nowe Miasto development in Ełk. Each building will feature lifts in every stairwell, underground garage halls, parking areas, and recreational spaces in landscaped greenery, making this investment particularly attractive, especially considering its proximity to the Konieczki neighborhood. The estimated completion date for Phase VIII (Building I) is January 2023, while Building J is expected to be completed by November 2023.
