Unique Character
The Portside Baltic Apartments – a modern real estate development in Kolobrzeg, consisting of two compact buildings with a green courtyard. The project was created in collaboration with the respected architectural firm RDZ-A, allowing the buildings to have a fresh and noble character.
In total, 125 apartments were designed, ranging from 28 to 102 m² in layouts from two to four rooms. The buildings were designed with attention to detail and modern conveniences were used throughout, which will appeal to those seeking high-quality real estate in an excellent location near the sea and walking areas of the city Kolobrzeg.
Freshness and Modernity
Modernity and freshness are words that inspired us during the design process and manifest themselves in the modern architecture of both buildings. The compact nature of the development allows for more green space and a spacious play area for children and an active zone for adults. From the rooftop terrace, there will be a view of the lighthouse and marina.
Modernity
We have provided parking spaces in the underground garage and charging stations for electric cars. The proximity to the pedestrian and bicycle path obliges and in each building, a bike rental and repair station will be created.
Ecology
Thanks to motion-controlled lighting sensors, solar panels on the technical roofs, and rainwater collection tanks, which will be used to maintain green areas, we care about the environment and allow future residents to save money.
Smart Solutions
Modern smart house and smart home solutions will allow residents to manage access to real estate remotely. Automatic reception, touch panels in apartments that may become the center of domestic automation, and pre-installation of air conditioning will allow residents to fully enjoy their apartment.
