Within the complex "Lipowa 45", two buildings will be constructed, creating an internal courtyard. The front building - a 7-story building, will house 59 apartments, whereas in the inner one - a 4-story building, we have designed 17 retail spaces. In total, 76 apartments are planned for the entire investment, mainly studios and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 25 to 60 m². Gardens will belong to the apartments located on the ground floor. For the convenience of residents, 38 parking spaces in the underground parking lot will be prepared. The investment is scheduled to be completed in Q2 2026.
