Over the years, historical and industrial architecture with brick leading the way has become a Lodz landmark appreciated in Poland and worldwide. The Corso project was born out of the desire to write a new chapter in the city's history and create on the map of Lodz a district suitable for the future, combining residential, service, and recreational functions, with green alleyways as its backbone. The development investment will be located in the Polesie district, just 1000 meters from Lodz Manufactory and 750 meters from the largest Park of Marshal Józef Piłsudski in Lodz.
